v2.5.0, a new stable release

We’re pleased to announce v2.5.0, a new stable release. Highlights include:

• UBAN, a new “unified ban” system for server operators, with a corresponding CHANSERV HOWTOBAN command for channel operators
• A new forwarding/overflow channel mode +f
• Support for PROXY protocol v2
